I, the undersigned (duly authorized officer or employee) exporter or FPPI authorizes AES-filing.com to act as the forwarding agent for export control and customs purposes.

If any of the information provided changes you must notify AES-filing.com of those changes prior to arrival at the port of export, so that the AES export records can be modified accordingly. Failure to modify the electronic export information prior to arrival at the port of export can result in an export violation and significant penalties.

The Authorizing Party certifies that necessary and proper documentation to accurately complete the AES Filing will be provided to the said Forwarding Agent five (5) business days prior to date of export. If the proper documentation is not provided by the Authorizing Party within the required time frame, AES-filing.com, will not be held responsible for U.S. Customs fines or penalties, Ocean Transportation charges, export delays or other liabilities involved as a result of the AES filing.

I certify that all statements made and all information contained herein are true and correct. I understand that civil and criminal penalties, including forfeiture and sale, may be imposed for making false or fraudulent statements herein, failing to provide the requested information or for violation of U.S. laws on exportation (13 U.S.C. Sec. 305;; 22 U.S.C Sec. 401;; 18 U.S.C. Sec. 1001;; 50 U.S.C. App. 2410).
Export Shipments are subject to inspection by U.S. Customs & Border Protection and/or Office of Export Enforcement.
